For over a decade, we have worked together creating experiences and capturing memories in the wedding and events industry. Now we shift our focus from weddings to wine….and spirits!

We founded an import and wholesale company focused exclusively on products of Portugal. Our idea was born from the concept of creating an outlet where we can connect with people, share experiences, and create memories.

I’m new to wine, where do I start?

Welcome and get ready for this crazy wine world. Start by trying everything, responsibly, and not falling into a safety net. Try expensive wines, try cheap wines, try whites, reds, rosé, and even orange wine. Don’t forget to try Port Wine and Madeira Wines too! Try wines until you, and only you, discover what wines you really connect to. Don’t be surprised if once you do this for a while the wine you liked last year is no longer the wine you like this year.

Can you help me pair wines with food?

Of course! We will absolutely guide you with our recommendations as will our educators and winemakers. It’s important to note though that they are recommendations and everyone’s pallet and preferences are different. Our preferences might lean dry and you might lean sweet. We might like high acidity adding freshness, you might not. There is almost never a wrong answer, just a what’s right for you answer. We will always respect your opinion too.

Why should I try wines from Portugal?

Let’s start with the fact that there are 250+ varietals of grapes in Portugal so if nothing else, you should at least try just for the curiosity factor. Add in the influence from Atlantic Ocean air, a terroir that is so unique including volcanic soil found in the Islands of the Azores. Top that off with the wine-making history that dates back to Roman times and you have yourself a pretty special country when it comes to the wine game. So, why not try Portugal?

Will you have tasting events?

Who told you our secret? Wait, we did! YES! Hosting tasting events will be a priority for us. You also shouldn’t expect a regular tasting event because well, that’s been done before. We have created a perfect space for small group tasting events in our Rhode Island headquarters and we can’t wait to have you join us here. In addition to these group tastings, we will also have monthly meetups featuring our products and quarterly larger events.

Where can I find your products?

To start, we will distribute throughout Rhode Island. Soon we will have a product locator option where you can easily find exactly what you are looking for near you. In the meantime, feel free to email, message us on social, or call us and we can guide you. Also, you will be able to find our products outside of Rhode Island too as we partner with some wholesale colleagues to expand the reach of our products throughout the entire United States of America.

Can I buy directly from you?

Unfortunately no. Rhode Island laws prevent us from being able to sell directly to the public. Don’t worry though, Rhode Island is a small state, literally the smallest, and we fully intend on hitting every mile of the state until you can find a Brands of Portugal product within a few minutes of your home or workplace. In addition to this, we have some easy ways for you to purchase products after any of our tasting events so be sure to join us.
