Coming from two vineyards, mountainous continental with hot and dry summer, slate soil. Secondly, protected by the Arrábida mountains, the summers are hot and dry, where the soils are sandy.
100% hand harvested on the 3rd and 4th week of September.
The grapes go directly to the press with destemming without crushing. 24h of cold decanting. 100% fermentation in used french oak barrels.
Aged 12 months in used french oak barrels.
