Vineyards planted at 690m of altitude with 8 of years, Orientation E-W. The climate in the area have temperature fluctuations between very hot summers and windy and snowy winters. 100% hand harvested during the 3rd and 4th weeks of September.
The grapes are destemmed and crushed directly to the stainless steel vat, 3 days cold maceration, alcoholic fermentation begins at 12°C and ends at 32°C. Malolactic fermentation in french oak.
Aging for 6 months in French oak.
