The grapes are destemmed and crushed directly to a vat, 3 days cold maceration. Alcoholic fermentation begins at 12°C and ends at 32°. Malolactic fermentation in french oak.

Aged for 6 months in used French oak.

Tasting Notes: Deep red color. Aroma with notes of raspberry, licorice and black cherry. In the mouth it has a flavor of black cherry and vanilla. Structure balanced and firm in the end of the mouth.
