Perfect Serve: Put one or two ice cubes in a glass. Add Amarguinha Original and a peel (or a few drops) of lemon.
Amarguinha Sour: Amarguinha Original 5cl, Lemon juice 3cl, Egg white 2cl, Angostura 3 Drops, Ice Cubes As needed. Put plenty of ice in a glass to chill it. Add ice and all the ingredients to a shaker. Shake with style. Remove the ice from the glass, strain the mixture from the shaker into the glass, and flavor with Angostura.
