


Herdade do Sobroso Tinto
Hand-harvested grapes were fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperatures with a 21-day post-fermentation maceration. The wine then aged for six months in 500-liter French oak barrels. The result is a wine with intense color, fine aromas of ripe fruit and chocolate, and a smooth, well-structured palate with balanced acidity.
