Carefully selected grapes were separately vinified, fermenting at 22°C with skin contact, then partially aged in used French oak and blended before bottling in June 2024. This produces a light ruby wine with aromas of wild berries, strawberries, tomato leaves, subtle vanilla, and volcanic notes. The palate is elegant with soft tannins, medium body, and a pleasant, persistent, salty finish.
