Specifically selected grapes from the Tejo wine region, mostly from Quinta da Alorna but also from partners who have vineyards planted in the two distinct terroirs of the region, Lezíria and Charneca. After de-stemming and gentle crushing, the grapes are sent to stainless steel vats where alcoholic fermentation takes place. To maintain the clear quality of the grapes, the wine is filtered and bottled.
