Integrated production, no herbicide use, vineyard planted in 2012 at 310 meters. The grapes were hand-picked and transported in small boxes to the winery, where they were stored in a cold chamber at 3°C for 24 hours. They were then selected and gently pressed. The must was decanted at a cold temperature (10°C) and fermented in French oak barrels. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine ages for 6 months in barrels with battonage and sur lie.
