


Torre de Palma Reserva Tinto
Integrated production, no herbicide use, vineyard planted in 2012 at 310 meters. Grapes were hand-picked and selected. After destemming, the grapes are taken to marble lagares (stone tanks) where the traditional foot treading is done with alcoholic fermentation at low temperatures. The wine was aged for 12 months in French new and used oak barrels.
